Colonial 20-Year Anniversary Kitchen Countertop Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Colonial 20-Year Anniversary Kitchen Countertop Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Colonial Marble & Granite, part of Colonial Smart Home Services (“Sponsor”), located in Pennsylvania, United States.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and reside within Sponsor’s active service areas.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 3/20/26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 4/20/26 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form available at our website.

Entrants must provide the requested information, which may include:
• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Full Address
• Zip code
• Estimated project timeline
Limit one (1) entry per household during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same household may be disqualified.

5.Prize

Three (3) winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive one (1) kitchen countertop installation provided by Sponsor.
The prize includes:
• Up to forty (40) square feet of countertop material from Sponsor’s designated giveaway material selection
• Fabrication of the countertop
• Standard edge profile
• Sink cutout
• Professional installation by Sponsor
Prize limitations and conditions:
• Maximum retail value of each prize: up to $7,000
• Total approximate retail value of all prizes: up to $21,000
• Material selections are limited to Sponsor’s designated giveaway material group
• Additional square footage beyond forty (40) square feet will be the responsibility of the winner
• Additional upgrades, changes, or services beyond the included scope are the responsibility of the winner
• Prize must be installed at a residential property located within Sponsor’s service area
• Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
• Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited
• The winner must enter into a standard project agreement with Sponsor prior to installation
• Installation must be scheduled within twelve (12) months of winner notification unless otherwise approved by Sponsor

6. Winner Selection

Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about 4/28/26.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days after the drawing.

If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Colonial Marble & Granite and its affiliated companies to use the winner’s name, city of residence, likeness, voice, statements, photographs, video recordings, and project images for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials, without additional compensation.

Winners may be required to sign a publicity and liability release prior to receiving the prize.
This covers:
• social media posts
• winner announcement photos
• marketing videos
• before and after installations
• paid advertising using the footage

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13.Winner List

Winners will be announced on this page and/or on our Social Media on/or about April 28th. To request the names of the winners, send a written request within sixty (60) days after the end of the Giveaway Period to:
